Kinetik Global programs are intended to assist you in finding your inner strengths and sharing your talents with the world. Our programs are based on research, science, and our real-life experiences as coaches and facilitators.

As results are highly dependent on the individual and their determination to make changes and get results, we cannot and will not guarantee your results.  We do not have control over your actions.

Nonetheless, we are committed to providing you with great content, resources, and strategies. As a result, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our programs. If you are not happy with the quality of our program, the coaches, or the content, contact us within 24 hours of the session and we will refund the entire fee for the session you just attended and any additional sessions you may be booked in for. This guarantee excludes any Kinetik Global free trials or offers. 

Kinetik Global also understands that sometimes things happen, and you might be unable to attend a session. In the event you need to cancel your enrolment, you can request a full refund up to five business days before the start of the course or request to be transferred to another course. If advice is received less than five business days prior to the course unfortunately no refund will be given.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by registering for our programs, you agree not to hold us liable for any decisions, actions, or results you make as a result of our programs.
