  2. Goal: Achieve a 10% reduction in pallet storage at 3PL facilities to cut costs.
    • Outcome: Surpassing targets, participants achieved a 130% goal completion, reducing pallet storage by more than expected and saving approximately $130,000 year-over-year. This project group also freed up $2+ million in cash flow as a result of additional activities they executed.
  3. Goal: Purchase a new piece of production equipment to improve safety and productivity.
    • Outcome: Participants identified additional opportunities, expanding project scope to explore new processes and equipment that could allow for product diversification. Feasibility studies are currently underway.
